Location. The Solage Calistoga is located in the northernmost part of the Napa Valley in Calistoga, Calif. The hotel is less than one mile from Pope Valley Winery, Sharpsteen Museum and Kenefick Ranch Winery. Mount Saint Helena Golf Course is one mile from the property.
Hotel Features. The casual Solbar serves eclectic California cuisine while providing panoramic views of the Palisades Mountains. The Solage Calistoga features a 130 foot heated pool, a children's pool and a spa tub. Cardiovascular and weight training equipment, and a movement studio are located in the fitness center. Bocce courts are on site. The Solage Calistoga's spa offers massages, body scrubs, energy balance sessions, maternity treatments and Kate Somerville signature skincare treatments. The Mud Bar and Bathhouse showcases full body mud "cocktails" and a hydrotherapy pool circuit.
Guestrooms. The 89 studio style guestrooms of the Solage Calistoga feature open floor plans with modern and sustainable furnishings, vaulted ceilings and original artwork. Rooms showcase ceiling fans, polished concrete floors, fireplaces and private outdoor patios. Beds feature Italian linens and down comforters. Standard amenities include flat screen televisions, MP3 player docking stations and wireless Internet access. Bathrooms include terry cloth bathrobes, soaking tubs, pebbled floor showers and custom all natural toiletries. Telescopes and cruise bicycles are provided in each room.
Expert Tip. The Solage Calistoga promotes various "green" initiatives. Environmentally friendly practices in place include recycling programs, on site composting, furnishings and flooring made from reclaimed natural products, cuisine with locally grown produce, naturally heated geothermal spa pools, reclaimed water for grounds irrigation, and Method non toxic cleaning products used in all guestrooms.
