Location. The Country Willows Inn offers a peaceful rural setting in Ashland, Ore., surrounded by the southern Oregon Siskiyou and Cascade Mountain ranges. Hiking trails are accessible from the grounds. The city's theatrical attractions, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the Oregon Cabaret Theatre and Oregon Stage Works, are within three miles. Mount Ashland Ski Area is less than two miles from the inn.
Features. This 1896 farm house is snuggled against a rolling hillside, set on five white fenced acres. Complimentary two course country breakfasts, featuring homemade breads, muffins, pancakes, waffles, fresh fruit, sausage and a variety of egg dishes, are served in the sunroom or on the inn's front porch. A den includes a fireplace, board games and a computer with complimentary high speed Internet access. The inn features a lawn with Adirondack chairs, a den with a fireplace and board games, a hot tub, heated outdoor pool and several porches. Pets are not allowed at this property.
Guestrooms. Guest accommodations at the Country Willows Inn are located in the main house, cottage or barn. All units feature views of the surrounding Siskiyou and Cascade mountains. Expert Tip. The Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF, located less than three miles from the inn, features 11 plays in three theatres between February and October. The OSF offers about 770 performances annually.
